Mentor is a broad-spectrum fungicide containing 45.0% Propiconazole. It belongs to Group 3 fungicides and works as a demethlyation inhibitor (DMI) of sterol biosynthesis to disrupt membrane synthesis in fungal pathogens. It is designed to be integrated into an overall Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategy. Users should consult local agricultural authorities for specific resistance management strategies, which may include rotating or tank-mixing with products having different modes of action. This product is toxic to fish and shrimp; do not apply directly to water or intertidal areas. When handling, avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing, as it causes moderate eye irritation and is harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. Always wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling.
